Accidents

In case of an accident, you must contact us immediately so we can activate the insurance. It is necessary to submit a completed accident report, along with photos of the incident and as much information as possible. Otherwise, the insurance company may refuse liability.

Deposits/Security Bonds

We do not require a deposit.

How can I pay for the rental and what payment methods are accepted?

Payment can be made in cash, via PayPal, or with a debit card when signing the rental agreement.

How does delivery and return at Madeira Airport work?

Scooters can be delivered at the airport free of charge. The scooter parking area is located right outside.

How does the delivery and return of the scooter at my accommodation work?

We deliver and pick up the scooter at your hotel, as long as it is in Funchal or the eastern part of the island (Machico, Santa Cruz, Caniço, etc.), at no extra charge and depending on availability, as requested during the reservation.

What are your operating hours?

Our operating hours are from 08:00 AM to 7:00 PM. However, we can arrange for pickups and drop-offs outside these hours by prior arrangement.

Can I reserve and pay for a scooter even if I won’t be the one picking it up or driving it?

Yes, the reservation can be made under a name different from that of the driver.

What does the rental include?

The rental includes: civil liability insurance, third-party insurance, and two jet helmets.

Is helmet use mandatory?

Yes, wearing a helmet is mandatory for both the rider and the passenger at all times.
